Neilson Active Holidays - part of the Thomas Cook group - scooped two trophies at the travel industry's biggest awards ceremony in London.
The firm, based at Brighton Marina, was named best activity holiday operator and best ski and board operator at the British Travel Awards.
The annual awards are highly prized in the industry. This year more than 90,000 travel agents, business owners and travel experts took part in the voting.
Neilson managing director Pete Tyler said: "To win two awards in such important categories is fantastic.
"Travel agents are at the sharp end of the travel business and they certainly get to know, via their customers, which companies stand out as far as customer delivery is concerned."
