Showing the smaller tower directly beside the larger tower, and knowing that one is to be nine floors and one possibly 24 floors, it should be expected that the larger one will be almost three times the smaller one.
The Karis perspective could be true from, say, Hove Lagoon.
So keep on fighting, residents of Hove. Precott has gone against Planning once over Falmer and if our worst fears are realised, we should be able to convince him to do it again.
