I live in the centre of Brighton and work in Portslade.
I cycle to and from work almost every day on the designated cycle path - where it exists.
Who was responsible for ripping out the perfectly functional streetlights along a considerable stretch of the seafront?
Not only has this doubtless been done at local taxpayers' expense for no good reason but that stretch of the cycle path is now in complete darkness and dangerous to both users and pedestrians.
