Cycling protesters are planning another demonstration following the success of a "critical mass" bike ride.
More than 100 cyclists took to the streets of Brighton last Friday evening.
The ride was the latest action by a global protest movement which aims to promote environmentally-friendly forms of travel.
Cyclists across the world gather on the last Friday of every month to assert their right to use the road.
Cyclists of all ages descended on The Level in Brighton and continued around the city centre, forcing cars to give way to pedal power. Cyclist Andy Rowe said: "We admittedly caused a few traffic jams and we were having such fun everyone decided to cycle around the Palace Pier roundabout about seven or eight times."
