The grilling of a mentally-disabled man at a Job Centre was despicable and warrants a public enquiry (The Argus, October 15).
A spokeswoman was quoted as saying each case is handled sensitively. So why wasn't the case in question? Is grilling mentally-disabled people within the boundaries of the Department of Works and Pensions' code of conduct?
The person responsible for this outrageous treatment should be dealt with harshly.
I applaud the man's minders and The Argus for highlighting this case.
