Manager Garry Wilson believes Eastbourne Borough can cause an upset against Oxford United in the FA Cup first round.
Borough were drawn at home against the League Two side after winning 1-0 at Bishop's Cleeve.
It is the furthest the Conference south side have ever gone in the competition.
Wilson said: "It is fantastic for the club to come this far and to get a big League club. It is just what we wanted.
"Some people want to play them away to get a good day out but we played at Stoke's Britannia Stadium last season, so we have done that already.
"We are delighted it is at home. It gives us a chance of causing an upset because you never know what is going to happen in Cup matches. It also gives the fans a chance to come out and support us.
"We are the only Sussex team left in the draw, apart from Albion, and we are very proud of that. It will be a great game and everyone at the club is really looking forward to it."
Scott Ramsay scored the winner against Hellenic League Bishop's Cleeve five minutes before half time.
Wilson said: "They were organised and were not a bad side but they were as good as you would expect from a County League side really.
"We didn't play very well but it was not about that. We came to get a result and we did, so that is all we cared about."
