I find it sad when residents' associations seem to object to every new development application - the latest case being the new proposals for Brighton Marina (The Argus, October 12).
Brighton and Hove has a serious housing shortfall and a major affordable homes crisis and the new developments will provide almost 400 affordable homes without building on greenfield land.
