I have been putting off writing this letter for so long now because I am an absolute football hater and don't want to waste my time writing about it.
But I am so fed up with all the fuss about Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club that I have been forced to put pen to paper.
I read that Michael Foot is backing the Albion's move to Falmer (The Argus, October 7). Well what the hell has it got to do with him? And what does he know or care about the people who would have to put up with all the noise, traffic and disruption this would cause on football days?
If Mr Foot was to try to cut across to Woodingdean from Falmer at a busy time on a normal summer's day, he would think twice.
Even people like myself who live in Peacehaven spend hours in jams caused by the volume of traffic and traffic lights in Woodingdean.
With all the fans exiting on match days, the roads would be gridlocked.
Brighton and Hove City Council can't even see the solution when it is staring them in the face - and that is Waterhall, away from any nearby homes.
