Police today appealed to a missing teenager to contact relatives after she disappeared with a family friend.
Sherrie Baker, 14, left her home in Chadborn Close, Brighton, more than two weeks ago following a row with her mother.
The youngster is believed to be with 24-year-old Gareth Russell, also known as Minchin.
Inspector Andy Kundert said: "If anybody has seen Sherrie or Gareth or has information about their whereabouts, we would like to hear from them as soon as possible.
"Sherrie's family needs to know she is safe and well and if either of them sees this appeal we would urge them to contact her family or the police."
Sherrie is white, 5ft 7in, of slim build, with mid-length mousey brown hair.
Anyone with information about Sherrie's whereabouts should contact police on 0845 6070 999.
It is more than a month since another schoolgirl, Alex Heaman, also 14, left her home in Abergavenney Road, Lewes.
The youngster said she was going to visit friends in Brighton but has failed to make contact with her family after sending her mother a text message.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on the same number.
