The Subways' garage rock may not be pushing the envelope, but you forgive them because they're young enough not to know any better and they look like they're having the time of their lives.
Desperate to escape his home town of Welwyn Garden City, frontman Billy Lunn recruited his brother Josh ("the guy's nuts, so I thought he'd be perfect for the drums") and girlfriend Charlotte Cooper to form a band.
They went on to win the Glastonbury new bands competition in 2004, leading to an appearance on the Other Stage. The largest crowd they'd previously played in front of was around 100. The group returned to play the opening slot on the Pyramid Stage this year.
After notching up three top 30 singles while still in their teens, calling their debut album Young For Eternity may seem to be rubbing people's noses in it. Lunn insists otherwise: "I'm infatuated with the concept of time. You're lying in bed and you hear the tick tock of the clock and it's scary.
"I just want to make as many albums as I can before my time's up."
Starts 8pm, tickets cost £9. Call 01273 732627.
