I read Tony Greenstein's letter (September 27) with interest and am glad to know there is no anti-semitism at the University of Sussex. However, I did wonder if he was a little too hard on Israel.
After all, it is only a country, narrowed down to a tiny strip of land far smaller than England, which is trying to live in peace.
The Jewish people have not wanted the suicide bombers or hostility. They are not on the attack, they are trying to defend their citizens. They are a people who have no other land to call their own and have known great trials. I wish the world would let them live in peace.
