Included in this week's Brighton And Hove Leader is an interesting pamphlet about the proposed King Alfred development.
On the back page of this pamphlet is a comment that the site will contain "754 homes, including 282 affordable homes".
Does this mean that there will be 472 unaffordable homes on the site? Who is going to buy these properties?
Apparently the inspiration for Frank Gehry's design is his interpretation of an Edwardian woman.
What? Perhaps Mr Gehry could bottle the source of his inspiration so we can all appreciate his farcical design.
