The jury in the trial of two men accused of taking part in soccer violence was sent home for the weekend last Friday.
Sami Abulbashar, 20, of Stonery Road, Portslade, and John Mack, 49, of Walmer Crescent, Brighton, deny violent disorder.
They were arrested after Brighton and Hove Albion supporters clashed with Leeds United fans at the Pump House pub in The Lanes, Brighton, on October 23 last year.
Judge Anthony Niblett allowed the seven men and five women jurors to go home after they had been considering their verdicts for five hours on Friday.
The trial at Hove Crown Court continues today.
