My wife and I are members of the Upper GI Cancer Support Group at Worthing Hospital.
We are extremely concerned at the news the specialist oesophageal and stomach cancer surgery could be moved to Brighton.
Why, when we have all the equipment and highly-skilled specialist teams working together so well, does it need to be moved?
Surely a move of this kind can only disrupt and weaken the superb care and support already available.
