It issues black bags for household refuse, which is collected every Wednesday, and blue bags for paper, collected on alternate Wednesdays.
The following week, it collects clear bags for clothing, plastic, foil and tins.
Every Thursday, my road is swept by a cleaning vehicle.
Each house is entitled to two collections of furniture between January 1 and June 30 and two more between July 1 to December 31.
And if I have a tree I have felled, it organises a man who comes with an automatic shredder.
