In response to Mike Mitchell's letter (September 5) complaining about cyclists on pavements, every day I count myself lucky to avoid injury from motorists on roads.
They are rampant in Brighton and Hove. The practice should be made a crime.
Perhaps cyclists might be less inclined to ride on the pavement if it was possible for them to use the roads without fear.
