A DJ was today awaiting official confirmation on whether he has set a new world record for the longest non-stop DJ mix.
Craig Bishop, aka Fergus, was at the turntables for 76 hours and eight minutes, starting at noon on Thursday at Bar Flava in Terminus Road, Eastbourne.
Now Craig, 34, of Station Road, Polegate, is waiting to hear from Guinness officials to confirm whether he has made it into the record books.
It is understood the previous record stood at 75 hours.
Craig said: "Towards the end I didn't have a clue what was going on. I was hallucinating and all I could hear was someone saying 'Put another record on'.
"I'm pleased it's over but disappointed I didn't get to my target of 84 hours."
The aim of the event, called Break 4 Love, was to raise more than £20,000 for charities closely associated with full-time DJ Craig.
After the death of an aunt and suffering cancer scares himself, Craig aims to repay the organisations that helped him.
Proceeds will go to Everyman, Eastbourne District General Hospital's children's ward, St Wilfred's Hospice and the Royal Sussex County Hospital's renal unit.
