A celebrity chef is looking for former classmates to join him on a trip down memory lane.
Antony Worrall Thompson, who spent his early years in Brighton and Hove, is searching for friends he made while at school in the area.
Worrall Thompson is famous for his appearances on shows such as Ready Steady Cook and for his public spats with fellow chefs Delia Smith and Gordon Ramsay.
He is now making a programme looking back at his youth and revisiting places where he went to school.
In 1954 he attended St Anne's Kindergarten for boys in Norfolk Terrace on the boundary of Brighton and Hove. He would like to meet anyone who shared his experiences there for a BBC documentary series called My Childhood.
He remembers long wooden benches, a stern governess called Mrs Townsend and a lovely 17-year-old called Rosemary who looked after the boys.
He would particularly like to find Geoffrey, a publican's son who was his best friend during those years.
The pair used to play at Geoffrey's home in Farm Road, Brighton. Worrall Thompson also remembers visiting the Tree Trunk pub run by Valentina Hoolohan.
He moved to London in 1955 and later attended King's School, Canterbury.
Anyone with memories should call David Torbet at Endemol, makers of the programme, on 0141 572 0861 or 07766 355 438.
