Fashion label Simultane has been chosen to exhibit at London Fashion Week.
The Brighton-based designers have been given a display stand at the showcase event, which will be taking place at the Natural History Museum next month.
Managing director Simon Beales said: "This is a big deal for us. The kudos that goes with London Fashion Week should hopefully attract interest from larger stockists.
"We already sell in Liberty and various other outlets in the UK but getting into more shops, boosting the wholesale side of the business, that's the priority now."
Simultane's clothes are designed by label co-founder Sarah Arnett, who trained at Brighton University and has worked alongside such fashion names as Tracy Boyd, Jakob Schelpher and Anthropology.
Her collection is proving popular with a growing list of celebrities, including singers Geri Halliwell, Tori Amos and KT Tunstall, as well as DJ Jo Whiley and TV presenters June Sarpong and Natasha Kaplinsky.
According to Mr Beales, the label will be known from next spring as Sarah Arnett, although the boutique in Ship Street will continue to go by the name Simultane.
