I am upset that people ride their bikes on the seafront promenade in Brighton and Hove.
I like to walk there and not be afraid of being hit by someone on a bike. They don't even ring a bell to let you know they are coming.
There are signs on posts, as well as on the cement section leading on to the promenade, but people don't look at them.
These bike riders don't pay attention to children, mothers with prams, old people or people in wheelchairs, either. They could badly hurt someone.
I don't understand why the police can't stop them or patrol the area. Nor do I understand why people ride their bikes there because they have a bike path to ride on. I don't walk on their bike path.
