THEY'RE not the women they used to be!

Michelle Richardson and Tracy Lloyd have lost a staggering 11 stone in weight in a year. Computer consultant Michelle, 30, lost more than six stone after joining Whitehawk Slimming World club in Brighton. And club leader Tracy has lost five of the six stone she says she put on after having a baby. Michelle said: "I've dieted before, but never to this extent." She was petrified of going to her first meeting in case she was the biggest person in the room. She added: "It was the most terrifying thing I've done in my life, but everyone in the group is very good. They're not judgmental and we have a good laugh." Michelle has not looked back since shedding the pounds. She said: "I'm not frightened of doing things any more. "My husband and I have booked a holiday to Florida, and we're planning to go on all the rollercoasters. I wouldn't have dreamed of doing that before because of my weight." Sixteen-stone Michelle, of Marine Parade, Brighton, has started cycling and going to the gym, and has a new goal in mind. She said: "I still have some weight to lose and I'm hoping to do it in time for the first round of the Slimmer of the Year contest in July." Tracy of Victoria Road, Portslade, said: "Michelle's basically followed the eating plan, and she's been very supportive to other people in the class." Tracy, a slimming group leader for the past three-and-a-half years, found herself in the same boat as her clients after her first pregnancy. She said: "Once I had my son Ryan I'd actually put on six stone." She is now down to 11 stone 6lb. She said: "The motivation was just a case of looking at a whole wardrobe of clothes I could no longer wear."
