PRINCE CHARLES is to visit Brighton this week to see what is being done to help the town's homeless.
He will also be given a tour of the West Pier to see how restoration work is progressing.
The Prince will be at the Housing Corporation's annual conference at the Metropole Hotel on Wednesday and will go on to visit a local housing project for the homeless.
Prince Charles will meet two homeless people who will move into a block of seven one-bedroom flats converted from a former council property by the William Sutton Trust and the Brighton Housing Trust.
On a tour of the West Pier, the Prince will join Sir Linsay Bryson, the Lord Lieutenant of East Sussex, and West Pier Trust members, who will update him on plans to restore the Grade One listed structure.
