FORMER Albion boss Barry Lloyd is expected to be unveiled as the new manager of Lewes at tomorrow's game at home to Camberley.
Lloyd is widely tipped to make a long-awaited return to management after failing in his bid to take control at Crawley Town.
Lloyd, who was in charge at the Goldstone between 1987 and 1993, was unavailable for comment this week, but took training at the Dripping Pan on Tuesday and Thursday.
Lewes Chairman Gordon Lucking, who took control at Lewes in the summer, moved swiftly following the decision of Quinn to quit the club after 16 months in charge.
Quinn had become frustrated at the commitment of some of his players. A threadbare squad meant the Scotsman could not discipline players, so he decided to leave himself.
But that has not swayed Quinn's mind. He said: "I am disappointed because I had put a lot of work in.
"I think we saved the club a year ago when the problems started. But I don't see the club progressing and that is the main reason I have left."
