I was on a bus today when I noticed a very loud, well-spoken lady bellow at a young boy who had lost his balance. This lady got off near the Holmes Avenue, Elm Drive junction. One day this lady is going to annoy the wrong person. She has no tact and is very rude. I hope her friends will tell her to pipe down as her voice is so loud and the whole bus heard her.
