The James family helped Brighton retain the South East Tae-Kwondo Championships at Brentford, Middlesex.
Ken and Sue, with their sons Karl, 25, and Mark, 23, guided the club to 68 points, with Eastbourne runners-up on 42.
Sue and Karl secured individual silver medals, while Mark gained a bronze, with Ken the club's instructor for the event for seniors and juniors.
Mum Sue said: "Our family didn't do too badly, but it was a good effort from everybody."
