Albion's opening Nation-wide League division three match of the season at Southend United will be an all-ticket affair.
The Seagulls have been allocated almost 3,500 tickets (all seats) priced at £12 for adults, and £7 for concessions.
Tickets for the Roots Hall clash will go on sale on Monday July 31 at 10.00am to season ticket holders, who can buy a maximum for four.
Remaining tickets will go on general sale the following day at 10.00am.
Tickets can be bought at the Albion shop, in Queens Road, Brighton (01273 776992) or by post to 5, Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3WA enclosing an SAE.
