More than £30,000 for research into cancer in women has been raised so far by a charity sporting event.
Organisers of the Imperial Cancer Research Fund's Race For Life hope to top last year's £58,000 for Imperial Cancer.
More than 1,700 women took part in the Race For Life, in Stanmer Park, Brighton, on June 25.
They were invited to run, jog or walk their way around a five km course to help raise money for research and treatment.
Events were held across the country and organisers hope to raise £4 million.
