These rubbish bags in St James's Street by Safeway have obviously been dumped by a shop in the vicinity. Before the new layout of St James's Street there were two bus stops but now there is only one, which means the queue is much longer.
This stop is for four or five different routes and when buses come together, as happens all the time, there is a scramble for the bus behind the first one. I saw an elderly lady nearly fall over the rubbish which is strewn over the pavement.
