Can the postal bosses at Gatwick please tell me what is happening to our mail?
Three times in the last four months letters and a parcel have gone missing. One was a birthday parcel to my son containing video games, another a request for a withdrawal from my savings account, the last a letter concerning my husband's pension addressed to the Benefits Agency in Hove.
I was compensated for the first two but the inconvenience is frustrating. This has only happened since Gatwick has been in operation.
