A donation by a property company has enabled the Brighton, Hove and Lewes Enterprise Agency to refurbish its town centre offices.
The organisation has seen a 20 per cent increase in demand from businesses in the area for training during the past year.
The increase has meant improvements to its premises at Old Steine, Brighton, were essential.
Surveyors and valuers Stiles, Harold Williams stepped in with a £3,300 donation.
Jane North, the agency's chief executive, said: "To meet this growing demand for services, the enterprise agency now provides high-quality training facilities in keeping with the professionalism and expertise of the training that is delivered."
Nick Bradbeer, director at the Brighton office of Stiles, Harold Williams, said: "We take great pleasure in making this donation to help advance the tremendous work the agency does with businesses in this area."
The main training room is available for hire as a conference or training room and can seat up to 30 and opens out on to the agency's patio garden.
Businesses interested in booking the facilities should call senior administration officer Ben Payne on 01273 666800.
