My niece, who has two small babies, recently had a nasty fall at her home on Bates Estate which resulted in her going to hospital with a broken wrist. While one of her relatives was helping her, someone stole his scooter, which was eventually found badly damaged in Moulsecoomb. I was disgusted somebody could sink so low.
