Systems Hygienics, the Eastbourne-based air and water hygiene specialist, has won a service contract with the rapidly-expanding Silk and Spice restaurant chain.
The firm will carry out regular inspections of Silk and Spice's seven restaurants and carry out full or partial cleaning whenever necessary.
Colonial Caterial Group operation manager Thomas Tham said: "We are well aware of the problems that can be caused by dirty extract systems and, with Systems Hygienics, we have taken steps to ensure none of our restaurants suffer problems."
