Thank goodness we have people such as D. Bonwick with the moral principal and courage to take on our local authority over the glaringly anti-social lighting layout at Downland Court, Stonery Road (Argus, August 25).
Brighton and Hove Council had many complaints from residents over a period of around 18 months, but took little notice.
Costs were granted against the council, including legal fees and the sum involved in changing the lighting. All of which are picked up by tax payers.
