Members of the public gave reflexology, meditation and stress relief a whirl at a special open day held at a Buddhist centre.
Staff at the Bodhisattva Centre in Hove showed guests round the premises, which includes the largest statue of the Buddha in the South of England.
The event was held to show visitors the range of classes on offer at the centre in Lansdowne Road.
At the end of the open day there was a magic show and a presentation.
