The writer of the recent letter suggesting the gentleman disturbed by the all-night rave in Preston Park should check his double glazing should get his own hearing checked. We live in Patcham and have been frequent and reluctant hosts to various raves. Even the most efficient double glazing can not obliterate the incessant thumping noise from these horrors.
The most efficient way to prevent such occurrences is to obtain the private telephone numbers of all relevant councillors and make sure when you are woken up they are too.
