When is something going to be done about the increasing problem of bad behaviour and intimidation by groups of children and young teenagers?

I play bowls in Knoll Park and we are constantly being verbally and physically abused by children, some as young as ten. The green and adjoining buildings have been vandalised while we have been spat on and hit by stones and dog excrement.

When the police are called all they do is take the culprits' names. This is completely ineffective. We need park keepers and a police presence.

The law-abiding, tax-paying citizens of this country are tired of being harassed and intimidated.
