With the ghastly crime recently committed against schoolgirl Sarah Payne fresh in mind, I was pleased to read a judge recently placed a restriction order on a convicted paedophile, forbidding him to linger where children congregate.
Imagine my disbelief and disgust when a few days later I read Cherie Booth QC is to contest the ruling on the grounds such a restriction contravenes human rights!
Have our children no human rights to be protected from these monsters?
