Six weeks ago, a horsebox was abandoned outside a house in Bear Road, Brighton. Since then, people have been living in the van, although they have promised they will move it when they have the money to buy petrol.
Four weeks ago I telephoned the police, who checked it out, but said as it is a low priority, they couldn't do anything. Meanwhile, it continues to be a liability.
We have written to Brighton and Hove Council and called the licensing authorities but no one will assume responsibility.
