Anita Barrow has checked out for the last time after 13 years working at the same supermarket.
Anita, 69, began working at ASDA in Hollingbury, Brighton, when it opened in 1987.
The checkout operator, who is retiring, was given a bouquet to mark her long and loyal service.
Anita has worked on till number 15 throughout her time at the store.
Training co-ordinator Jan Pitt said: "We were joking that we might give it to her as a leaving present.
"She has been an excellent member of staff. Anita has hardly had any time off and is always friendly and helpful. We are very sad to see her go."
