Sussex commercial property consultant Vail Williams has promoted Andrew Osborne to equity partner and Richard Mason to associate partner.
Since the launch of the Vail Williams office in Crawley six years ago, the firm has gained a strong footing the in the commercial property market in Surrey as well as Sussex.
The main roles of Andrew and Richard will be to continue improving the company's market position, focusing along the M23/A23 corridor.
Andrew said: "When I joined the firm in 1996 we need to prove our capabilities to clients who had no loyalty previously attached to us.
"We have achieved that and we are looking to expand our client base further."
