The tactics of intimidation employed by so-called animal rights activists which Martin Burton described taking place outside his circus in Hove (Opinion, September 7), is a principle reason why the vast majority of those concerned with animal welfare disassociate themselves from the abusive bullies responsible.
They only serve to prejudice people against animal rights.
