Anyone visiting Brighton and walking, driving, cycling, riding on a bus around the town or just sitting on a park bench must think they have come to a lawless town. They would think the majority of pedestrians, cyclists and drivers cannot read or understand the various notices and symbols or markings on roads and pavements.
Since the visitor must assume anarchy reigns in Brighton, they must also question why we
waste our taxes in decorating our streets in this manner and then totally ignore the information visually displayed.
