Sussex chairman Don Trangmar has promised action after angry members swamped Hove with complaints about the team's dismal performances.
The county finished bottom of the Championship's second division and were relegated to Division Two of the National League after losing to Lancashire on Sunday.
Nearly 100 supporters have contacted Trangmar and Chief Executive Dave Gilbert, many threatening not to renew their memberships next season, and I understand that the main themes of their complaints are the team management, the performance of the players and a perceived lack of commitment.
Trangmar is also unhappy about the effect this season's performance will have on potential sponsors.
An inquest into the season is top of the agenda at tomorrow's committee meeting although Trangmar has reiterated that the positions of coach Peter Moores and skipper Chris Adams are not up for discussion.
"I can tell all our members that there is absolutely no way we will allow the situation we have suffered this summer to continue," he said.
"Myself and the committee are not panicking, but we are extremely concerned about our performances this season and the players have got to realise the negative effect their performances could have on membership for next season and sponsors.
"The quality of our cricket has been poor and the last few weeks embarassing quite frankly, but I can assure people we are not sitting on our hands and doing nothing about it."
The committee will also be discussing possible new recruits for next season.
