The modern art sculpture proposed for the entrance to the Royal Pavilion in Brighton (Argus, September 16) is a monstrosity and should never be put in such a place of such beauty.
How can anyone let this happen? The Pavilion is Brighton's proudest building. If these eyesores must go up, can't they be constructed at in the university, Wild Park or even Stanmer Park, where they will be less conspicuous?
