Education website Schoolsnet has unveiled plans for an e-commerce area which will sell school supplies.
The Schoolsnet shop will offer everything from pens and pencils to desks and digital cameras.
Schoolsnet has teamed up with the Trowbridge-based Consortium for Purchasing and Distribution, headed by managing director Jeff Gould, to provide the service.
A 20 per cent discount will be available for schools using the facility.
Schoolsnet's Brighton-based chairman Greg Hadfield said: "In e-commerce, as in content, we are determined Schoolsnet will live up to its pledge to provide the best for education.
"Access to a huge and efficient warehouse, and handling and dispatch facilities, has placed e-commerce on our site on a very firm footing."
