Haywards Heath hope Henry Goodburn's video skills can help them through what should be a gruelling battle in the Hampshire mud tomorrow.

Heath take their near perfect London Two South record to the tight confines of Alton, where a big home pack and midweek rain should ensure a real trial of strength.

Skipper Goodburn has been recording matches during his recent lay-off and the Sussex champions were treated to a video replay of their cup defeat by Newbury this week.

Goodburn said: "Video analysis is becoming a valuable exercise for us.We know we will have to lift ourselves again after last week's efforts but, if the pack play as they can, we should not have a problem."

Gordon Denslow starts at hooker but the most eye-catching switch is further back where Owen Ashton and James Roberts swap positions.

Roberts wears 15 with Ashton on the wing. Goodburn said: "We wanted to give Jim a run at full back. It is his natural position."

Alton have a fast drying pitch but there are sure to be a few mopping up exercises going on elsewhere. Worthing get a taste of the required standard near the top of Three South East when they host a Tunbridge Wells side fancied by many to lead the title race. Brighton visit unbeaten Sidcup and Eastbourne's 100 percent record at the top of London Four SE should survive a visit from mid-table Beccehamian.
