Saltdean will be flying the flag for the Sussex County League tomorrow when they take on visitors Devizes Town in the FA Cup third qualifying round.

Tigers manager Glenn Burvill said: "It's the biggest game in our club's history as we have never been this far in the competition before.

"We are also the last County League side left in the FA Cup so we will be representing the league."

He added: "Hopefully, we will be able to attract a few people from the area to come and see us and urge us on."

Devizes look like difficult opposition for Saltdean. Burvill said: "I know that they went all last season unbeaten and were promoted.

"It will be a hard game but we are quietly confident and we're at home which is the main thing."

The Tigers will be without striker Syd Harman for the match as he is cup-tied, while there are a number of key figures ruled out through injury.

Terry Cooper looks set to be out for six to eight weeks with cruciate ligament damage, Stuart Corlett has dislocated an ankle and Paul Boxall remains crocked with a knee injury. Andy Johnson, however, could make an appearance on the bench as he recovers from a knee injury.

Lewes chase a massive cup upset at Ryman Premier strugglers Dulwich with the battle cry: "We have nothing to worry about."

The unbeaten Rooks fancy their chances of adding to the woes of Dulwich, who only climbed off the foot of the table last weekend with their first league win in 11 attempts.

Division three Lewes will be without Richard Hudson and have doubts over Marc Cable, Paul Arscott and Paul Stokes, who pulled a hamstring in the controversial midweek clash with Camberley.

But assistant boss Billy Nixon said: "Jimmy Quinn (the Lewes manager) went to watch them last Saturday and he said there is nothing to worry about."

Lewes would equal their best ever cup run by reaching the fourth qualifying round while Dulwich have been in the first round 13 times.
