With all the fuss about pensions, the fact remains we have paid compulsory insurance contributions all our working lives, which surely must create a contractual obligation to pay out on an agreed scale, rather than a charitable handout which can be means tested or turned in to a political football.
Surely this can and must be brought to a higher court, especially now we have the new European Human Rights legislation?
