More than 200 Land Rovers rolled along Brighton seafront in a rally at the weekend.
Enthusiasts from around the country drove from London to Marine Parade for the event, which was scheduled for last month but scuppered by the fuel crisis.
Co-organiser Brian Kersey, of the South London and Surrey Land Rover Club, said: "The atmosphere was fantastic in Brighton.
"Every Land Rover is different because people customise them. It was superb to see every model, from the original Series One to the Freelander, on display."
Tyre and spark plug changing competitions were among the entertainments on offer for die-hard Land Rover fans.
