Wick manager Carl Stabler insists the pressure will be on hosts Lewes when the two sides meet tomorrow in a first round clash at The Dripping Pan.
Stabler, who watched Rooks' FA Cup replay with Dulwich in midweek, said: "They are good defensively and strong in midfield so I can see why they are doing well.
"They have a good side, and they are in the Ryman League so they are the favourites to win the match.
"We can just go out there and enjoy ourselves."
Stabler will miss the game as he is on holiday in Lanzarote although he expects to stay in contact by mobile.
Sidley are without teenage striker Wes Tate for their trip to Westfield of the Combined Counties.
Tate is playing for the Sussex Under-18s against Cornwall at Lancing.
Andy Atkins is also a major doubt due to a calf injury as Sidley try to halt the hosts' run of ten straight victories.
East Preston will be without the holidaying Chris Jack at Hellenic League side Abingdon United while Lee Mansell and Guy Whitehead are cup tied.
Redhill manager Russell Mason is treating opponents Greenwich Borough with a great deal of respect. He said: "This is a competition we want a good run in and we have had them watched. We are taking them very seriously."
Chichester City United hope to have Sean Forrey, Chris Heath and Chris Rustell available for their second encounter with Eastbourne United in the space of a week.
Hassocks will want to repeat their success of last season when they entertain Horsham.
The Robins won at Queen Street in the FA Cup last season but John said: "They are a much better side this year."
Gavin Geddes and Gary Charman face late tests for Horsham.
